Process Service Fees ( Sacramento )
We provide complete service of process of all documents such as five & thirty day notices, All Small Claims documents, Cross-Complaints, Writs of Garnishments, Bank Levies and Personal Subpoenas, etc. We are dedicated to serving all legal documents within the time frames required from receipt of documents to the return of the proof of service. We strive to maintain a high level of successful document delivery through our experience and relentless determination to serve your documents.
$50 - $ 175 Sacramento and Yolo County. After 6pm there is afterhours fee, please call for a quote.
$25 Each Additional Attempt Fee.
$75 Rush Service Fee (Rush service fee is in addition to regular service for requested service attempt within 24 hours after we receive the documents).
$100 Priority Rush Same Day Fee (priority fee is in addition to regular service fee, includes same day service attempt and return phone call report after first service attempt) Priority service for documents that must be served the same day that we receive via e-mail, fax, or courier.
Remote or difficult areas are additional fees. Service includes one attempt at one address on one defendant/party to be served. Additional addresses, additional attempts and subjects are additional fees. Service includes preparation and return of the proof of service/affidavit of service and/or any required declaration to your office. In case of non service or a bad address, a timely report (verbal or in writing) will be forwarded containing attempt dates, times and address notes. Status requests are available on any case via e-mail. In the event that our process server/agent is needed to appear in court for any reason in the referenced matter we require a hourly fee of $90.00 (four-hour minimum) and .50 per mile of travel.
